Job Summary
Establishing brand images and building and strengthening brand awareness.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Developing brand differentiation strategies, brand positioning, brand stories, and brand messagebased on consumer data and market analysis
•	Developing a strong brand positioning, strengthening brand awareness, implementing a consistentbrand voice and messaging across all channels,
•	Establishing brand guidelines, voice, and metrics, and ensure alignment with the rest of theCompany
•	Developing branding features, such as logos and marketing materials
•	Working closely with the creative team to implement brand guidelines
•	Ensuring compliance with the brand guidelines across all media, materials, and channels
•	Uilding and strengthen brand awareness/reputation across relevant audiences: customers,employees, vendors, and investors
•	Conducting primary and secondary research, and staying up to date with market trends andconsumer insights
•	Conducting competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps
•	Monitoring and optimizing brand performance across the board
•	Designing and conducting promotional campaigns for new services and markets
•	Assessing the performance of the advertising campaigns and events
•	Meeting with various stakeholders and departments in the company to gather branding insight
•	Analyzing data and trends related to branding
•	Checking for branding consistency in all interactions with the public
•	Presenting branding information to clients or managers
•	Overseeing the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, social media posts, andadvertising campaigns
•	Performance of any other tasks assign by his/her direct supervisor.

Fluent with Pashto Dari and English languages.
