Job Summary
Analyzing Social Media trends, developing content for Social Media and using it to maintain corporation’s brand and engaging with customers through Social Media
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Analyzing customer expectations according to past social media activity
•	Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
•	Developing and conducting social media campaigns
•	Keeping an eye on social media trends and audience preferences
•	Monitoring campaigns conducted and analyzing data obtained
•	Defining key performance indicators for social media campaigns
•	Updating social media content across all channels
•	Overseeing social media account and posting content across social media accounts
•	Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
•	Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
•	Engaging with customers and followers and responding to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
•	Establishing relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
•	Developing content or assigning tasks to content developers
•	Performance of any other tasks assigned by his/her direct supervisor.
Job Requirements
Fluent with Pashto Dari and English languages.
•	Proven work experience as a Social media manager
•	Hands on experience in content management
•	Excellent copywriting skills
•	Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
•	Excellent communication skills
•	Analytical and multitasking skills
