Job Duties & Responsibilities
Conducting research on consumer and market trends, target demographics, and competingbrands
•	Designing and implementing market and consumer surveys
•	Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data
•	Making marketing recommendations based on the data collected
•	Preparing detailed reports on consumer behavior, competitors' activities, outcomes, and sales
•	Forecasting future market, consumer, and sales trends
•	Working with the marketing team to inform and develop marketing strategies
•	Communicating with customers, competitors, and suppliers
•	Monitoring the effi cacy of marketing trends through analytical tools and software
•	Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in technology, market trends, and consumer behavior
•	Measuring performance of online and offl ine campaigns
•	Analyzing marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffi c and social mediaengagement
•	Measuring ROI of online and offl ine advertising and campaigns
•	Conducting competitive research and analyzing benchmarking data
•	Working closely with sales to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
•	Measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies
